Germans take their bread seriously, and the humble Brötchen — the breakfast roll — is a national institution. This keto version uses almond flour and flaxseed meal to create rolls with a genuinely crisp crust and a light, airy crumb. The herb butter, made with softened butter, garlic, and a garden of fresh herbs, makes these rolls completely, slathered and irresistible, impossible to eat just one of.
