The name’s origin is hotly debated — some say it was dish 65 on a hotel menu, others that it requires 65 chilies. Whatever the origin, Chicken 65 is Hyderabad’s most beloved snack: fiery, crispy, and deeply aromatic. Crispy, sticky, fiery, aromatic, and tender all at the same time, this Hyderabadi legend, reimagined with a golden almond flour crust and electrified with curry leaves and dried red chili, delivers every one of those sensations in a single, truly electric bite.
