The samosa is India’s most iconic street food — a golden pastry filled with spiced potato and peas, sold on every corner and at every festival. This keto version replaces the potato filling with spiced lamb mince and the wheat pastry with almond flour dough. A shatteringly flaky almond-flour shell gives way to a fragrant, warmly spiced minced lamb filling that hums with cumin, coriander, and garam masala — the pure soul of India’s most beloved street food, transformed into something you can eat every day on keto.
