Kenyan chai leans harder on whole spice than most other East African tea traditions — cardamom, ginger, cinnamon, and clove simmered directly into the brew. This fat bomb pulls that exact spice blend out of the teapot and into a creamy, no-bake coconut-butter base.
What You’ll Need
Servings: 10 bombs
