Difo dabo is Ethiopia’s iconic celebration bread, its dough enriched with honey and warm spice and baked for holidays and special occasions. This version keeps every bit of that signature warmth — cardamom, cinnamon, and ginger — in a simple almond flour bite that skips the bread entirely.
