If you could bottle a Greek summer and eat it, it would taste like this — plump shrimp nestled in a spiced tomato sauce, blanketed in crumbled feta, and baked until the sauce is bubbling and the feta is golden and beginning to melt into everything. It is one of the most beloved taverna dishes in Greece and comes together in under 30 minutes.
