Bifteki — Greek Stuffed Beef Patties, plated and ready to serve

Bifteki are the Greek answer to the hamburger — and they are far superior. A richly seasoned beef patty filled with a molten pocket of feta and herbs, grilled until the outside is caramelized and the cheese inside begins to leak. They are messy, deeply savory, outrageously good, and contain almost no carbs. Make them once and you will never look at a plain burger the same way.
