Polish Żeberka, Pork Ribs, Sugar-Free Glaze, plated and ready to serve

Żeberka — pork ribs, often glazed with honey and mustard — are a genuine favorite at Polish gatherings. This version keeps the same sweet-savory glaze character using a sugar-free sweetener, with the long, slow roast doing most of the real work.
