Mousse au Chocolat Noir Keto, plated and ready to serve

The classic French chocolate mousse — intensely dark, impossibly light, made from only the finest dark chocolate, eggs, and barely sweetened cream. This keto version uses 85%+ chocolate and erythritol to achieve a result that is paradoxically richer and more intense than the conventional version, with none of the blood sugar consequences.
