Chicken fried steak is a Texas diner staple — cube steak pounded thin, fried until the crust shatters, and covered in peppery white gravy. This version uses a pork rind and almond flour crust and a cream cheese-thickened gravy, keeping every bit of the crunch and richness this dish is known for.
