Polish Bigos Myśliwski, Extra Meat Variation, plated and ready to serve

Bigos myśliwski — hunter’s bigos — is the more indulgent cousin of the everyday stew from the soups chapter, traditionally loaded with a wider mix of meats including game. This version leans on pork, kiełbasa, and bacon for a genuinely hearty, meat-forward pot.
