Ingredients
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350F (175C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine the cheddar, Parmesan, almond flour, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and salt until well mixed.
- Drop small spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, flattening each one slightly to form round crackers.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the crackers are crispy.
- Let the crackers cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Serve with your favorite keto dips or enjoy on their own.
Notes
Chef's Tip: Flatten each spoonful thin and even - thicker spots stay chewy instead of turning crisp. Keto Swap: traditional wheat-flour crackers are replaced with cheese and a small amount of almond flour - these lean on cheese for structure rather than flour, closer to a baked cheese crisp than a true cracker.
