Where luwombo is Uganda’s special-occasion showpiece, this stew is the everyday version — no sealed steaming technique, just a proper long braise built on whatever fresh herbs and vegetables a farmhouse kitchen has on hand. It’s simpler to put together but no less satisfying at the table.
