About This Dish
Creamy avocado spears dressed in a spiced almond-flour crust, then air-kissed to golden crunch — this snack is pure keto magic. The air fryer locks in creaminess while creating a crisp shell without deep-frying fuss.
Health Benefits
- Avocado delivers heart-healthy monounsaturated fats that keep you satiated on keto.
- Almond flour adds vitamin E and fiber instead of the carbs found in a traditional breaded coating.
