Yam Nuea Grilled Beef Salad, plated and ready to serve

Yam Nuea is one of Thailand’s most elegant salads — warm, fragrant, and deeply satisfying. The beef is grilled to medium-rare, then sliced thinly and immediately tossed with the dressing so it absorbs the flavours as it cools. The contrast of warm beef, sharp lime, herbal freshness, and the crunch of toasted sesame makes each bite complex and memorable.
