Turnip Greens with Smoked Neck Bones, plated and ready to serve

Turnip greens bring a slightly more peppery bite than collards, and pairing them with smoked neck bones is a soul food combination as traditional as it gets. Long, slow simmering is what turns this into a true pot of greens rather than a quick sauté.
