Oscypek is a traditional smoked cheese made from salted sheep’s milk in the Tatra Mountains region, its distinctive spindle shape formed in carved wooden molds. Grilled briefly until the outside turns golden, it’s a genuine highland classic, often served with a small spoon of cranberry sauce.
