Nut & Seed Knäckebrot Crispbread, plated and ready to serve

German Knäckebrot is northern European crispbread in its most austere, beautiful form: water, grain, and seeds pressed thin and dried until crisp, infinitely superior to any shop-bought Knäckebrot. This keto version replaces rye with a seed and nut mixture that is simultaneously more nutritious and more flavourful. Each cracker shatters under your teeth into a thousand nutty, seedy fragments that make it completely impossible to eat just one.
