Flaxseed & Herb Focaccia Brot, plated and ready to serve

This hybrid bread brings together the herbed, olive-oil richness of Italian focaccia with German seed-bread tradition, delivering extraordinary flavour with minimal effort. The flaxseed and almond flour base creates a dense but moist crumb, while a generous amount of good olive oil, rosemary, and flaky sea salt on top produces the kind of bread that fills the kitchen with an aroma so compelling it is impossible to wait for it to cool.
