Fasolada is Greece’s national dish — a humble, deeply satisfying bean soup that has fed the Greek people for centuries. Traditional versions rely on white beans for body, but this keto adaptation uses a smaller amount of white beans alongside zucchini and cauliflower to achieve the same hearty texture with a fraction of the carbs. Every bit as warming and satisfying as the original.
