Salmon with mustard and dill is a classic Northern European combination that manages to be simultaneously bold and delicate — German home cooking at its most effortlessly elegant. The mustard provides a sharp, pungent heat that is immediately softened by the butter and dill, while the almond flour crust adds texture and a subtly nutty flavour that complements the rich, oily salmon perfectly. On the table in 25 minutes with zero compromise on quality.
