Ingredients
- 2 large tomatoes sliced
- 8 oz fresh mozzarella sliced
- Fresh basil leaves
- 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar sugar-free, optional
Instructions
- Layer the tomato slices and mozzarella slices on a platter, alternating each slice. Tuck basil leaves between the tomato and mozzarella.
- Drizzle with olive oil and optional balsamic vinegar.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve fresh.
Notes
