Chicken and dumplings is the ultimate soul food comfort bowl, and the dumplings are usually the hardest part to adapt. This version uses a light, eggy cloud bread batter dropped straight into the simmering broth, puffing up into soft, tender dumplings that soak up the peppery gravy.
