Nashville Hot Chicken, Keto-Breaded, plated and ready to serve

Real Nashville hot chicken gets its signature burn from a cayenne paste brushed on right after frying, and that step is what makes this dish — not the breading underneath. This version keeps the same fiery finish while swapping the flour dredge for a crisp pork rind crust.
