Portokalopita is a phenomenal Greek cake made with oranges — the whole orange, blended skin and all — baked into a dense, intensely flavored, syrup-soaked cake. This keto version uses almond flour and is one of the most distinctive and impressive bakes in this book. The flavor of whole blended orange is unlike any other citrus dessert you have made.
