Naleśniki serowe — thin crepes rolled around a sweetened twaróg filling — are a genuine weekend tradition in Polish households. This version swaps the wheat flour crepe for an almond flour version sturdy enough to roll, filled with the same sweetened farmer’s cheese mixture.
