Plateau de Fromages Keto, plated and ready to serve

The art of the French cheese board — an opinionated selection of carefully aged cheeses at perfect room temperature, a ritual that concludes every French dinner. A true plateau offers a journey through texture and intensity: fresh and mild, washed rind and pungent, aged and crystalline, each cheese a world in itself and naturally, magnificently keto.

  • 150 g Munster or Époisses washed rind
  • 150 g Comté (18-month aged) aged
  • 100 g Roquefort blue

  • Roquefort is made with Penicillium roqueforti mold culture, part of its traditional production process.
  • Walnuts alongside cheese provide omega-3 ALA, which complements the meal’s overall fat profile.
