Satay Peanut Sauce Keto Version, plated and ready to serve

Thai satay sauce is one of the most requested Thai condiments — a rich, creamy, slightly spicy peanut sauce that works equally well as a dipping sauce, salad dressing, or cooking sauce. Our keto version uses natural almond butter instead of sugar-laden commercial peanut sauce, with red curry paste for authentic heat and coconut milk for richness.
