Kaeng Phet Ped Red Duck Curry, plated and ready to serve

Red duck curry is a restaurant showpiece in Thailand — the richness of duck combined with the bold red curry paste and creamy coconut creates a truly opulent dish. Instead of lychees (too sweet for keto), we use small ball-shaped courgette scoops that absorb the curry beautifully, plus cherry tomatoes for a natural tartness.
