German Quark gives these pancakes an extraordinary lightness and a subtly tangy depth that regular cream cheese simply cannot match. The batter comes together in minutes, and a quick blueberry-raspberry compote — fragrant with cinnamon and a touch of vanilla — transforms them into something truly special: indulgence disguised as a wholesome keto breakfast. Your family will ask for these every single weekend.
