Polish Musztarda Sarepska-Style Mustard, House-Made, plated and ready to serve

Musztarda sarepska is a sharper, more assertive Polish mustard style, its flavor built on brown mustard seeds rather than the milder yellow variety. Making it at home is genuinely simple, and the flavor is noticeably fresher than most jarred versions.
