Barszcz is one of Poland’s most recognizable dishes — a clear, deep red beet broth, often served with dumplings or as a starter on its own. Beets carry more natural sugar than most keto vegetables, so this version uses a modest portion for color and flavor while keeping the overall carb count reasonable.
