Moo Tod Kratiem is comfort food elevated to an art form — pork fried with so much garlic that the two become inseparable, the garlic crispy and golden, the pork tender within a garlicky crust. It is the kind of simple dish that appears deceptively modest yet delivers an intensity of flavour that far exceeds its humble ingredients.
