Instructions
Whisk together soy sauce, allulose, tahini, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, five-spice, and black pepper in a small saucepan.
Bring to a gentle simmer over medium-low heat, whisking constantly, 2-3 minutes.
Stir in the glucomannan slurry and simmer 1-2 minutes until thickened to a glossy, spoon-coating consistency.
Cool completely before transferring to a jar. Keeps refrigerated for up to two weeks.
Notes
Makes about 1 cup. Whisk constantly once the glucomannan goes in - it thickens fast and can clump if left unstirred.
