Ingredients

  • 1 lb fresh calamari cleaned and cut into 1/2-inch rings
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 t smoked paprika garlic powder, dried oregano
  • Salt and cayenne to taste
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • Avocado oil for frying (2 inches deep)
